Okay so that PLAYER_BAG_ARMS rewrite was a little more tricky than I thought. It was working, but then it was not in a compilation mod I have.

I am now sure that this mod is working fine, and going to revisit the compilation mod next.

reworked so it does not overwrite original BAG_ARMS_SLOT so it should play as nice as it can with other mods.

removed a tweak to ITEM_CHAMPION AFFIXES that he apparently was working on at the same time, as it did not relate.
