Returned the weapon deagle

1. Removed entity game_player_equip, which issued weapons awp, deagle, knife
2. Added entity point_servercommand
3. Weapons are now given out via entity logic_auto (Trying to fix knife weapons when terrorists and counter-terrorists had the same knife)
