- Updated the decoys and countermeasures. Should now be able to spoof most radar signal processor missiles.

- Added variable PAC charge time based on volume of the enemy. The PAC will fire faster for smaller enemies and have a longer charge against larger foes.

- increased the overclock for slightly more damage.

- Added additional radar decoys and made the interceptors small missiles.

- Added vertical lift thrusters underneath for better vertical speed.

- Adjusted PIDS and AI for smoother flight and to eliminate the issue of the AV-24 touching down in the water on occasion.

- Limited engine RPM and added in more exhaust outlets. Thanks for the feedback Northwind
