Reduced the chance for the armour to spawn on UC's troops now there is always a higher percentage chance Samurai Armour to spawn instead.

Gate Guard Leaders are the exception to this and have had their percentages increased.

The new armour will still be commonly found in the game but just not as common as the games existing armour sets.
