Tweaked stats of fairy dragons, and forest dragons made slightly stronger. Fairy dragons are more of a trick hat and great at fighting magic attack units like phoenixes, while forest dragons should be now able to beat sun dragons routinely

Nerfed slightly the fairy dragon and increased its cost to match the moon dragon, it was too strong for its price. Also removed lamentation of despair.
