Fixed typos in item descriptions.

Banard's Improvements Update.

Removed the stats from the belt slot versions to prevent them from being OP and to bring them more in line with Vanilla Kenshi content. Each belt slot shawl now also has a unique weather protection.

Cloth - Duststorm
Dust Leather - Acid
Animal Skin - Burning

Cloth Nomad Cape is now colourable, if you want to colour the item simply find a knocked out member of a faction who has the colour you want equipped the item onto them and remove it and Violia you will have a coloured version.

Armour cover % nerfed now more comparable to other shirt slot item stats.
