Fixed an issue where soldiers are having more XP after rebuild.

There is a case where you will still see more XP after a rebuild. That is because the XP calculation (technically its called the TotalNumKills) is also influenced by the soldier class template (KillAssistsPerKill).

If you rebuild from KillAssistsPerKill 5 to 3, you will see higher XP number.
If you rebuild to a higher KillAssistsPerKill , you will see less XP.

Popup now shows no of days the soldier will be out for training.

Now uses Detailed Soldier List to show list of soldiers viable for rebuild :)
