Increased raidus of the cast light, making it light up a larger area

Moved to share variant group with High-power Spotlight.

Added new blocks to the Lights block variants group. This also adds the High-power Spotlight to the block variant group so it's now a required mod.

Updated to use the new carlight projected texture

High power version no longer replaces the original block.
