Restored rain and swamp models since that wasn't causing the ragdoll bugs
Added skin to tanktop males where their tanktop resembles a sports jersey
Added skin to tanktop females that has stripes

*Rain, rain, go away. Deleted most of the rain and swamp variants in an attempt to fix the ragdoll glitches
*Overalls guys can now wear a bandana
*Dressshirt guys can now wear a plaid shirt.
