- Redid the lighting, mainly adding ambient occlusion and fixing the shadows for the trees

- Added a few horizontal vvis hint layers across the map to optimize it a little further, should have improved performance

Re-compiled the map with better lighting settings and with a few optimizational fixes. Lighting is slightly better and now the map should run a bit better as well, visleaves can do their job prior to before where I just sloppily covered the sides of the map with func_visclusters.

I also stopped the map from overwriting custom info_node changes, so now you can do whatever you want with it.

  • Added pathing for Combine Helicopters, Gunships and Dropships. It's not perfect, but it's done in the same manner as gm_construct does it. If Facepunch, and by extension Garry himself, doesn't mind gm_construct's helicopter pathing not being perfect, then neither do I.

  • Added a secret room outside of the map (near the bottom) which contains a button to toggle the teleporting effect for when you fall off of the map. There is a colored bar above the button which indicates whether or not the teleporter is active, with green meaning it is and red meaning it isn't.

  • I spruced up the navmesh, I didn't realize how terrible the generated one was until I started fixing it up. The lower section of the map should have a proper navmesh now, before large parts of it were missing navmesh sections.
