I was finally able to fix the dedicated server bugs! Here is the list…

Dedicated server bug fixes:

Fixed Dedicated Server bug where ram attack stops one second after the attack begins.
Fixed Dedicated Server bug where the super tail sweep attacks repeats and gets stuck in an infinity loop.
Fixed Dedicated Server bug where rampage does not hold value after it increases causing it to decrease immediately.
Fixed Dedicated Server bug where the stats begin to fill up to max the second the stat goes down.
Fixed Dedicated Server bug where the rampage hold timer value increases to max after one kill.

Additional Changes:

Rebalanced the stats a bit more

Doubled the weight status value
Increased health from 1000 to 1500

Decreased all dino spawn levels to match the vanilla dino’s spawn levels.
Added a rare chance for a high-level Sumo to spawn in any map on all spawners.
Rebalanced and toned down the stats that were at high levels. The Sumo no longer kills anything with one hit.
The Sumosaurus no longer demolishes well-built stone/metal bases like it’s made of straw. Thatch and wood structures will still be vulnerable to the Sumo’s attacks.
Increased the number of dinos needed to kill to activate the rampage buff.
Toned down the maximum rampage stats multiplier where it will not kill dinosaurs like the Titanosaurus with one blow when at high levels.
Possibly added support for other mod items to work in the saddle smithy (currently testing).
I will now work one the dedicated server problems.

Possibly fixed all the dedicated server bugs "i am testing it on a dedicated server."

Aberrant Sumosaurus is now radiation resistant

Fixed bugs:
Fixed the issue where the super tail sweep and the tail pound were not working on official servers.
I have raised the minimum damage amount by 400 percent.

Known bugs:
Ram attack does have issues in official servers. Working on this.

fixed bugs:
I fixed sumo saddle engram not showing up in smithy.
I have toned down the max level spawns in all spawners by a third.

known bugs:
Ram attack cancels for no reason some times
In rare cases the ram attack mechanics break.

I made some final adjustments before making this mod public..
