Reupload and fix the Virtual AI bug. Don't know if MP works. Not checked for other bugs than the Virtual AI one.

- Readded animations which I accidently removed plus some minor fixes.

- Switched medical system from AIS to PiR. As you can tweak the settings to your own liking.
- Added Respawn to groupmember in Coop.
- Corrected the amount of enemy AI in Coop.

Have not tested all missions in this update, so let me know if you find a bug.
