Update 2 Minor Fixes to InkGaming Dragon

+Added InkGaming Tuso - it wont die if it leaves water, has a Lightning beam attack on Left CTRL button and should have stats equal to the rest of the other dinos
+Added InkGaming Dragon Scaled down dragon to about the size of a wyvern
+Tweaked Color schemes on all other existing dinos too .

Update 1 Fixed Dino stats and added no breeding code to dinos

First Release.
New INI Config:

....... Set to True to Disable Built in Level up counter on dinos.
+Added Ink Gaming Shinehorn : Scaled up rideable same stats and dmg as a rex immune to radiation.
+Added Ink Gaming Deinonychus Scaled up to 2x size, Dmg and stats increased to be on par with a Rex Immune to Radiation
+Ink Gaming Enforcer : scaled up to 1.5 times normal size Stats and damage on Par with a rex Immune to radiation.
+All Dinos have their drag weight set so they cannot enter boss arenas, take no fall damage, cannot be cloned and are not breedable,and have infinite food.
