- added option to hide floating dmg numbers when damage origin is fire, also health bar is not triggered on zombies which catch on fire when walking over it when fire dmg floating numbers are hidden (this will greatly increase playability when burning down large number of zombies without need to completely disable mod)

- added missing distance check which force bar removal once player run too far away from zombie
- fixed one broken bar removal condition
- fixed broken settings application (mod settings changes during games were not applied until next game restart)
