Added a DRG&W 5 Chime.

Added several Airchime horns. Four K3Ls and an M3H. These are still works in progress so I invite constructive feedback. These horns (as with all my sounds) are designed to work with an E2 which simulates reverb/doppler effects. Enjoy.

Added new CNR 6 Chime, recorded from 6060 in 2009, so it's much higher quality.

Also, added chuff set for CLC (Baldwin) moguls based on recordings of CNR 89 at Strasburg. It is not yet completely finished, as I'm still wrestling with RSC to get the loops set up correctly so I invite constructive feedback, but it will take some tuning. It's not really a complete plug and play set.
