+ ADDED the instruments from the Yachaaran race mod! You don't need the Yachaaran race to use these horned instruments!

~CHANGED The Constellarion Sprites, and transposed each sfx sound by 12 semitones upward (Constellarion won't be deeper sounding than normal now)

~FIXED the triaxagon lyre primary sound playing only in one ear! (Separated stereo sound to mono tracks and combined)

Changed Ghostar's tuning so that it isn't one octave too high pitched!

Added one new Instrument called the Ghostar! Use /spawnitem ghostar to get it!

This instrument is inspired by a WIP race mod I am working on.
