Fixed small lighting issue on the cat ragdolls' ears caused by incorrect vertex normals.

Added removable ears for hats.

I was dumb and apparently didn't update the cat phys model. It should be fixed now.

Moved Paintable Meow PM and NPC to the "Custom" category.

Major Update for all Cat Models:

Deleted unnecessary bones.
Parented bip_tail_2 to bip_spine_1 instead of bip_pelvis.
Fixed phys model having swapped bip_upperArm_L and bip lowerArm_L sections.
Fixed vertex normal issue around the neck causing lighting issues.

Added support for Proxy Color Tool to Paintable Meow. Use this instead to avoid the painted dress issue.

Last minute Pierre ragdoll fix.
