Regular update - Addition of 6 new events
- Added 6 new events; 2 of which are based off real life scenarios
- Grammar errors fixed

Made the Patient influx to a more reasonable level

Fixed some localisation errors

Hopefully fixed all the bugs by adjusting the timer to less than 24 hours (Thanks Sleepy068 for helping!)
