Put in a safeguard to prevent actions from being registered more than once. If the safeguard is triggered a log message will be added to the log file, log messages will be suppressed after being written 5 times.

Added Auto Control option to cockpits (and passenger seats as a bonus): Selecting this will automatically grant control of mechanical blocks in the same group as the cockpit.
