- Increased NSpec projectile damage (4->6, 6->9, 8->14) to compensate for the trail damage removal

Nerfs
- NSpecial projectiles no longer have a damaging trail, the stars are now just visual
Fixes / Other Changes
- Optimized some stuff, making Matt lag significantly less (especially in matches with multiple Matts)

- Increased Jab3 kbs (0.5->1.0) and damage (8->10) to make Jab3 more worth using
- Increased fully charged FSpecial BThrow kbs (0.85->0.95)
- Increased distance FThrow can go when carrying players or projectiles slightly

- Decreased Jab2 damage (4->3)
