Buffs
- If DSpecial planet is hit by a Kewtian, the move now also has to be strong enough to actually launch the planet (compared to before where any move would)
- Matt is now ballin'
Fixes / Other Changes
- Added several new rare planets and 1 more common planet
- Using DThrow on projectiles offstage will now force Matt to release the projectile when low enough (so doing it won't kill you anymore)
- Fixed a minor bug where DThrow didn't have the trail effect anymore
- Any character can now hit planet (although this is only visual, as knocking it back is still a Kewtian-only thing)
- Improved some effects on some moves (ex: DThrow, both DSpecials, UStrong, etc), and added some completely new effects on galaxy, when DSpecial planet explodes, etc

Buffs
- Increased charged USpecial height (8->10), and the super armor comes out a bit quicker (f5->f4)
- Made the lighting from portal activate quicker during grounded USpecial (120->60)
- On hit, Matt can now cancel out of the last 6 frames of FTILT and last 8 frames of DTilt
Nerfs
- FSpecial can now only be used once in the air until Matt lands, gets hit, walljumps, or lands the FSpecial grab on an enemy
- Reduced the max distance Matt can travel during FThrow on planet and other projectiles, and increased FThrow endlag when throwing projectiles (28->40)
- Nerfed NSpecial base dmg for level 2 and 3 (8->6, 12->8) to compensate for the stars
- Removed soft armor from BAir and FAir, and removed soft armor when charging DAir and FSpecial punch
- Decreased base USpecial height slightly (6->4)
Fixes / Other Changes
- Fixed a minor bug where FThrow didn't have the trail effect anymore
- Fixed grabbed enemies and projectiles being a bit off during FThrow
- You can now use FSpecial punch and the various throws with c-stick

- Grounded USpecial and down taunt no longer puts Matt into pratfall (kinda didnt do anything)
Nerfs
- Removed soft armor on tap DSpecial (very rarely mattered, but was unnecessary anyways)
- Reduced soft armor on DSpecial stomp (10->6), and made it slightly less disjointed at the bottom
Fixes / Other Changes
- Planet no longer puts Matt into parrystun and no longer explodes on parry. Instead it will reflect back at him with high speed and power (Also, existing Planets will still be destroyed on parry as long as it wasnt the planet that got parried. Just parrying the planet directly reflects it). This also fixes an issue where Matt would go into parrystun from parrying his own planet
- Fixed a minor visual bug where grabbed objects would be weirdly offset for 1 frame when grabbed with FSpecial
