Fixed a duplicate symbol whoops

Many fixes by eXish:

Fixed the module sharing its states with other modules of its kind (if one solved the others would become uninteractable as well)
Added TP support and autosolver
Updated the manual with better wording, svg, and semaphore chart (reprint required)
A lot of code reformatting
Fixed bug where Y and Z in semaphore showed as the same symbol for layer 6 if it was the bottom layer
Fixed the module not being able to select layer 9 as a possible layer
Fixed getting the fake inner symbols that shouldn't be pressed

I did not, in fact, fix all the duplicate symbols.
