- Added Reusable Tools to new vanilla skills

• Fixed Reusable Sextant losing compass on crossing a grid.

• Reusable Torches and Lanterns will work in vanilla wall hooks. (May need to craft new torches/lanterns), (If your newly crafted ones are broken, you need to relearn the skills).
  
• Reusable Wall Hooks will no longer be craftable. Existing ones will remain.
  
• Reusable Flare Guns will no longer be consumed when riding a tame.
  
• Added the Reusable Sextant. Only 4 stars will be needed to get the 2hr buff time. Upon crossing a grid the timer will reset and the shipwreck locations will update for the new grid. Also properly shows wreck locations in single player.

• Removed height nerf from Reusable Glider. Does not affect existing glider suits, must craft new ones.

• Added Reusable Wood Wall Hook

• Reusable Spear should be working correctly again.
