Vanilla dread opinion changes incorporated. Additional child to child betrothal loophole closed, same 13 year age gap limit will apply for betrothals of young boys to teenage girls as it does for betrothals to adult women.

With v1.3 Paradox have incorporated a host of new granny and infertile marriage nerfs into vanilla via AI spouse search via defines. Vanilla should no longer commit the worst crimes of granny marriage. This mod will compliment and extend the new changes to ensure marriage matchmaking favours fecund pairing with longer fertility windows, closes loopholes and traps that the AI might still fall into when betrothing young boys or marrying older high alliance value women near the end of their fertility window, will make the AI search wider and deeper on the map for the right wife or husband, and will apply most of the age opinion modifiers and fertility nerfs to player-initiated matchmaking.

The More Game Rule settings for matrilineal marriages are now compatible with Less Old Wives. To use both mods together, place Less Old Wives lower in the launcher mod load list than More Game Rules.
