Updated to fix issues with the new Hellenism and Shinto rules and updated German translation. Next focus will be on fixing issues related to shattered realms.

My English isn't very good, so I used a translator.
Hellenistic Reformation doesn't work. When I hover my mouse over the Reformation button, a warning window pops up that says, "Current level cannot be used on this site..."

Just in case, I looked through the comments, and... um... someone mentioned a similar issue around page 7. It seems like the issue hasn't been resolved since then. Could you please check?

with shattered counties on, the japanese cant form any duchies normally and the decision to bypass doesnt appear for me. Also feudal only doesnt affect the japenese

@hellkat27: Yes, it replaces the vanilla culture conversion speed and adds more options. It might help to filter rules to 'culture' to find it.

So I'm extremely confused about a potential feature of this mod (I've been asking everywhere BUT comments to avoid cluttering it with nonsense), but is there a culture reform speed rule in this mod? I keep getting yes from wherever I ask but it doesn't seem to be there.And if there isn't, can you add it? It would be very convenient.

hey im not sure if ive just forgotten where to find shattered realms but it isnt popping up on my game, can you confirm its tis in game rules or not

it seems that the Ten'no as shinto head is broken, activated the gamerule and shinto continues to not have a HoF
