-Dspecial cloud now has 30 frames of cooldown instead of 0 when burst is activated via special
+Dspecial landing lag adjusted from 12 to 8
+Dspecial startup adjusted from 20 to 15
+Dspecial cloud deals 2 damage every 30 frames instead of 1 damage
+Dspecial burst deals 12 damage instead of 10
+Dstrong body hitbox increased in size
+Utilt's initial swipe sound has been fixed to play properly
+3 new palettes have been added (Dusk 2, Añi (pain), Mint)
-Uspecial can no longer fast fall
