Ellis' incap image is now used as the chainsaw HUD icon.

The chainsaw can now be used while incapped. This was done by changing the weapon type from "melee" to "pistol", and bots can probably pick up the chainsaw during 'normal' gameplay as a side effect.

I changed the addon version to "2.0" in the addoninfo.txt file.

Originally set to "0.0", the addon version is now set to "1.0" in addoninfo.txt.
Added a download link to the addoninfo.txt file.

It's about damn time someone made a Ellis chainsaw.

The max player speed is 500 and the damage is 750.
