moved MA training item to belt slot, as there is a chance of crash even when fist damages are nullified. It's tied to the fact i'm not supposed to use an armor to weapon slot :)

martial arts training weapon prevents damages to fists now, as there is a crash when arms are broken on a martial artist (vanilla bug)
