[Intro]
So what I did was I remodified a chinese mod into english and increased it from what that mod did, which was default
20-40 level cap.
So honestly I did not do a lot then that and fun fact I don't even know if it worked. So either this mod increase your cap to 40 or 100!
If anyone can test that I would be grateful.

It should make ALL NPCs and you able to level up to 100 without disabling achievments.
