-Lowered the cooldown on the rechargable free perk slot for "Help the Team"

-Removed the "Free Perk Bottle" powerup due to bugs involving Mule Kick since Mule Kick wasn't supposed to be in the map.
-Added the "Perk Slot Broken Bottle" powerup to all areas where free perks used to be.

Note: Perk slots from the powerup are removed if the player goes down, including when Who's Who is activated. If perk slots are lost, you must regain them through the powerup. If you revive yourself with Who's Who and keep more than 4 perks, you still need to regain perk slots for extra perks you had before.

-Increased Reactor 2nd Button Timer from (5 seconds) to (8 seconds).
-Fixed spelling error on Easter Egg upload step.
-Added one extra side task with reward.
-Added Crisis warning upon turning on Power.
-Added text notification for completing one of the side tasks.
