Update 16 February 2020: Introducing my new Pacific West custom theme, Pacifica. 2k resolution textures and a temperate theme. I also touched up and optimized the Pacific West map to show off the new theme and added new land mass to the bay area. Fertile land and Minerals have also been bumped up.

Updated to correct rendering issues under some bridges and to correct land glitching along certain stretches of highway and train track. Moved train tracks further away from highway along some stretches. Moved start square to flatter area to make it easier for beginners and added highway entrance to new start square.
