While setting up for another scenario I notice it said to put an entry in the ship's log and put a tick next to it. So I added some checkboxes above the first entry on the left column on the ship's log. (See new screenshot)

Major update:

Added optional "foldable" sheets. Page 1 and 4 are separated and now the sheets behave more like the booklet they're supposed to be. Click on the lower left or right sides to turn pages.

Also fixed Flat versions:
Some Grifter, Assassin, and Orphan checkmark placements on page 3.
