- Fixed unreported issue with dropping anything but secondary..

- Removed all globals in favor of locals and removed player initialization OnGameStart, avoiding a strange timing issue with container events and player init (threw an error, but non-issue)

- Fixed an issue where drag-and-drop to the container icon in the inventory page no longer worked

- Added drop buttons to inventory column menu
- Fixed bug where a favorited secondary would break the drop logic

- Fixed an issue that required a game restart to update key binding

- Added mod key binding under Options -> Key Binding and English localization support
