- Added a decision to allow immortals to reset their lifetime faith creation/reformation.

- Fixed bugs in the new game rule code that should allow the decisions to work again properly.
- Added an option to remove immortality from another character.
- Allowed the granting of immortality to others even if you're not immortal yourself. Note that granting/removing immortality when you're not immortal causes more stress than if you're immortal.
- Added opinion modifiers for granting/removing immortality.

- Added the ability to bestow immortality upon others.
- Added the ability to change the visible age of other immortals.
