- Add Background Fade for Top Bar over the Character Window

- Added "Back" Button functionality in Character Window
- Moved current Scheme Button to the top left
- Changed Position of Portrait Icons from Spouse in Character Window to be more visible

- Fixed Modifiers and Subheading (Short Character Description) clashing, making the Character Window bigger
