I finally fixed the long standing bug where the spawn effect wouldn't fade out. Turns out I'm a fucking idiot
I didn't fix this until now because I didn't care about this addon

Fixed prop spawning not working, sorry for taking a while. It still doesnt fade out tho

Added the old light effect for spawning in a prop, and addon is now renamed to Garry's Mod 10 Effects.
