Fixed map (after it broak and it was not possible to load the map) using a reupload of an older version with latest modifications recreated on top

Latest savegame is broken for some reason. Also, unable to replace with an update apparently as long as this savegame is broken in the workshop.

I've noticed a few stones were left under the roads on the left side of the island, so these should now be gone.

Removed 2 decals which were creating terrain artifacts in the harbor when land got unlocked. Adjusted main highway to have street lights on a single side all the way rather than these being zig-zag.
