Latest savegame is broken for some reason. Also, unable to replace with an update apparently as long as this savegame is broken in the workshop.

I've noticed a few stones were left under the roads on the left side of the island, so these should now be gone.

Removed 2 decals which were creating terrain artifacts in the harbor when land got unlocked. Adjusted main highway to have street lights on a single side all the way rather than these being zig-zag.
