- Added a check for slow computers to fallback on when initializing the Artifact Menu.

- While prowess was present in the list of modifiers, effect that applied it was missing. This is now fixed.

- Faith Hostility Advantage not being applied on slot 2 to 4 is now fixed.

- Hard Casualty Modifier not being applied on slot 1 is now fixed.

- Artifact Custom Modifiers have been added. You can now select your Artifact's modifiers. (Not all modifiers have been added yet. I'll add additional modifiers based on request.)
