- Added a button to Marked Characters to make characters your tributary.

- Added two new modifiers to change max devotion and max fame level.

- Small changes to Marked Character Menu and Modifiers Menu.

- Added a modifier to increase the max domain limit.

- You can now change merit of character that have access to merit in Marked Characters Window.
- You can now change examination status of characters that have access to merit in Marked Characters Windows. (Hover over the merit button, in the tooltip that opens up click/right-click on examinations)

- Updated Legitimacy button to work with the new levels of legitimacy.
