adjusted the file structures and music is more likely to play

Reduced the chances of dusk/dawn playing cause istg that track plays too much. I'm pretty sure that track is being pointed to somewhere I just can't figure out where the hell it is

Fixed the problem where CK2 tracks weren't playing
