- fixed crash when selecting intent
- adjusted a few more windows:
- culture and faith window let you scroll more things
- with CoA designer open, you can hide the naming field on the left, so the right panel doesn't overlap the CoAs
- opening the color palette hides the swatches, so nothing goes off-screen
- maximized the height of game rules and loading/saving custom characters, no going off-screen either
- removed the portrait when granting titles, so there's more space

- removed some unused files, need to purge more
- need to add some text to localization

Fixed overlapping portraits.
Added an option to auto-expand all relations. Enabled by default.
Added a button to hide the character, expanding the bottom area. It will auto-expand when you open titles, claims or diplomacy. Hotkey F.
Added a button to open relations in a side window. Hotkey G.
