描述
Prevents windows from going out of screen bounds when playing with increased UI scaling.

Lets you scroll or move most windows.
Adds zoom and pan for lifestyles and legaceies (with right-click).
Makes some lists more compact.

Tested at 130% scaling at 1920x1080.

I also use Brighter Text, makes it easier to read.

@Aldrnari do you maybe still have the old version? Everything seems fine on my end, I have updated the bookmark screen and court appointment. Try resubscribing

Mercenary Detail&Hiring panel is broken plus some other text such as 1066 China Custom Character and Appoint Court position. Tested with only this mod enabled.

@Agami: Attempting to view the council of the chinese emperor results in a squished mess. Tested with only Better UI Scaling enabled, and verified with a unsub-resub.

@Panther bug out in what way? if you disable it, it won't affect your game anymore
of course, without it big UI scaling won't fit on screen. But this mod won't have any permanent effect

Updated, and fixed a couple issues with the Dynastic Cycle and Silk Road windows
Military window for now is vanilla, I'll make it more compact again.
