Even Better Workshop Icon lol nevermind icon didnt change

Changed Helipad color to be more distinct than the rooftop

Lowered helipad crane slightly (jumping to beam is easier now)

Improved spec ops game mode compatibility (ammo crates should now spawn in accessible locations)
