Regenerated bbox and illumposition of props so spawnicons are normal size and there are no lighting issues. You may need to delete the old spawnicons in GMods local files at materials\spawnicons\models\catcraze777\animal_crossing to regenerate new ones.

Finally fixed the seam issue!

Found issues with the model normals, changed it so they are all smooth. Seams are still visible.
