Nerfed some weapon ranges (Rifles have been pushed back noticeably.)

Made the Tokarev less ludicrous of a weapon (It's deliberately powered up, mind you. But now you shouldn't be able to nail someone halfway across the entire map.)

Buffed Kalash2012 Damage (I will admit I had favoritism issues with this gun. Not so much with this update!)

Nerfed Special Weaponry slightly (Volt Drivers may be railguns but it's still firing ball bearings.. Same with the Tihar.)
