- Balanced Chaos and Apocalypse disasters so each planet retains bias towards innate disasters (e.g. Blizzards happen more often on Frozen planet).
- Minor bug fix of typo making one of the challenges easier to win.

Balanced the transition from Exodus thru God Forsaken. Updated disaster multipliers- Cataclysm to 15x and God Forsaken to 20x. Should make God Forsaken attemptable. Tweaked Intruder settings- more Intruders for Exodus.

Fixed bug with Moon and Storm Cataclysm. Intruder settings typo meant Intruders weren't showing up as often as they should. Also tweaked disaster multiplier from 30x to 20x on Cataclysm challenges, so better progression from Exodus thru to God Forsaken.
