Removes delay decrement from all levels, fixes getSideDistance, makes fire vortex safe, and makes fire vortex 3d layers more transparent

Fixed Timewarp -- There is a much lower chance of impossible walls spawning, and I also removed some other quirks to it.

Minor update to almost all levels. They should be much closer to their 1.92 counterparts now, in everything except difficulty. Timewarp is still broken, I will try to fix it later.

Update pack to version 2.0.3, fix replays and warnings, please report any problems

fix bugs for lasers and seasick (sorry, i can't fix timewarp)
