Bugfixes for Night Sentinels
-Promoting a Night Sentinel no longer triggers a roll for another upgrade to a Night Sentinel
-Night Sentinels now upgrade with the stats that should be given when upgraded, not at start of the next turn

Bugfix - Argent Forge auxiliary building Argent Workshop only now appears on cities with Argent Forge, and UA is no longer gimped by mods with null default buildings

Fixes several bugs
- Night Sentinel unit names are displayed properly in English
- Night Sentinel strength gets properly updated
- Fixed a critical bug that causes the game to crash when the Night Sentinel attacks
