- Wooden sign can now also be crafted in player inventory.
- Implemented max message length, default 2000.
- Add char count remaining display on text entry display.
- While theres no hard cap on message length, I'd suggest leaving it at 2000.

Fixed text placement for the smaller wood signs.
Added an engram entry to unlock all of the signs, since without it clashes with bOnlyAllowSpecifiedEngrams.

All signs are still only craftable in Smithy, Replicator, Thorny Dragon, Argent & Beaver inventories, as well as Smithy & Replicators from S+ or S+ Variant mods.

Added copy/paste sign settings feature.
Added a push feature. Can move the text forwards/backwards. Only functional when the sign is hidden.

Removed engrams.
Signs now craftable in Smithies, Replicators, Argents, Beavers and Thorny Dragons.

Disabled limit for signs in the area.

Number of signs allowed within a 33 foundation radius. 0 = unlimited.
